Our
mission is to end the cruelty that so often befalls our small,
intelligent friends, through education and rescue.
To this end, we hope to provide a learning center that is
consistent with a caring atmosphere.
We are a family, only one branch in the vast sugar glider
community.

During
the many years that we have had sugar gliders, there have been
numerous
questions about them, a lot of which we could not answer alone.
As owners, we feel that it is important to educate
as well as advocate
for the well being of sugar gliders around the world.

| Together,
all the families can help eradicate malnutrition, cruelty, neglect
and bad breeding practices.
To learn is to live and we can help gliders live happier,
healthier and longer lives by sharing our knowledge with one
another.
The
National Rescue Network currently has rescuers in 26 states and
Canada, there to help in almost any rescue situation.
It is the goal of the WSGN to have all states, where gliders
are legal , covered, so if you would like to become a rescuer or a
volunteer, please visit our Rescue pages and sign up!
There are many gliders that need your help!
